Our prices are going up from 1st February 2013*. But there are ways in which we can help keep your costs down. Below you’ll see some simple ways you may be able to save. A few small changes will give you big savings.
We’d like to help you keep your monthly costs to a minimum. That’s why we’ve put together a few suggestions of ways you can save money. If you’re not already doing so, why not give them a go?
eBilling
By opting for our paperless billing, you’ll be able to view your bill easily online whenever you like. And you’ll save £21 a year.
Direct Debit
It's the simplest way to make sure your bills are paid on time and you'll save £60 a year too.
To switch to eBilling or set up a Direct Debit, just sign in to your My Virgin Media account.
Not registered on My Virgin Media? No problem. Head over to My Virgin Media and have your account number and area reference handy – you’ll find these on the top right corner of the letter or email we sent you about our price rise, or on your latest bill.
Line Rental Saver
Save over £55 a year by paying for 12 months line rental upfront.
To start saving today, call 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0845 454 1111^^ from any other phone and select option 4.
