Great news, our Video Relay Service helps our deaf and hard of hearing customers get the most out of their Virgin Media broadband, TV and phone services.
If you're deaf or hard of hearing the service will connect you to an online, fully qualified sign language interpreter with just one click. The interpreter can then communicate with your contact teams in real time.
You can contact us any time between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If an interpreter is not available immediately, please hold or try again later. After 5pm please leave your contact details in a video message and we'll get back to you.
Please note; you'll need a broadband speed of at least 1Mb and use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser.
