SignSolutions and Virgin Media - British Sign Language Video Relay Service

Great news, our Video Relay Service helps our deaf and hard of hearing customers get the most out of their Virgin Media broadband, TV and phone services.

If you're deaf or hard of hearing the service will connect you to an online, fully qualified sign language interpreter with just one click. The interpreter can then communicate with your contact teams in real time.

Contact our team through a sign language interpreter

You can use our service Monday to Friday 9am until 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am until 4pm. If an Interpreter isn’t available immediately, simply hold or try again later. Outside working hours just leave your contact details in a video message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note; you'll need a broadband speed of at least 1Mb and use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser.
