Our handy Mobile Rescue app does everything it can to get your phone back, or make sure that no one else can use it.
- Remotely lock your mobile, by text from another phone or online
- Send a text to your missing phone to set off an alarm
- Automatically lock the phone, even if the original SIM is replaced
- Track down the location of your mobile online or with another smartphone
- Back up all your contacts online and load them onto your new phone
As soon as you get Mobile Rescue up and running, you're covered against loss or theft.

As long as you have our insurance, our Mobile Rescue app lets you backup your contacts - so losing your phone doesn’t mean losing your numbers! Once you activate Mobile Rescue you can save your numbers and transfer them onto a replacement phone at the touch of a button.
Need to make a claim? No worries.
1. Lock and locate it
If your phone’s missing, sign into your Mobile Rescue account online to lock it and keep your details protected (or you can lock it using another mobile).
2. Block it
Call us on 0345 6000 789* within 48 hours. We’ll block your phone for you and order a new SIM card.

3. Report and replace it
You can make a claim online. You’ll need your policy number, which is just your mobile phone number – nice and easy! You’ve got seven days to let us know about any stolen, damaged or lost phone.
