eBilling is moving

We're moving eBilling into My Virgin Media. That means you'll be able to do all this in one place, with one set of sign in details:

  • View and pay your bills online
  • See usage and charges since your last bill
  • Set up a Direct Debit
  • Access great apps and services like Virgin Media Mail and Backup & Storage (if you've got Virgin Broadband)

To access eBilling in My Virgin Media, some of your details need to be updated. We're sorry, but as you've got more than one Virgin Media account number registered for eBilling, we'll need to guide you through the process.

Please give us a call on 150 from your Virgin Media Phone or 0845 454 1111 from any other line and select option 3.
