Virgin Mobile tariff changes - no calc

From 22nd July 2014 your monthly mobile tariff will go up by £1.50. You’ll continue to get the unlimited data, texts and minutes you have now.
We hope you keep enjoying the great value you get from Virgin Mobile, but should you wish to, you can cancel or change your contract with us any time. Call us on 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone.
We're changing our roaming charges

Making calls, sending texts or going online in the EU will now be even better value and we’re scrapping the charge for incoming calls too.
- Calls will go down to 18p a minute
- Texts to the UK will be 5p a message
Our EU data passes will give you even more data for your money too. Choose from:
- £1.50 for 10MB
- £6 for 50MB
- £20 for 250MB

Why are my prices going up? So we can continue to invest in bringing you the best mobile service and exclusive benefits, we need to increase our prices.
How will this appear on my bill? Your monthly charge at the top of your bill will increase by £1.50 and show on your first bill after 22nd July 2014.
Are all tariffs affected? No, not all tariffs are affected by these changes. If the changes affect you in any other way, we will notify you.
Are you able to change prices within my contract? We're able to make changes as outlined in clause 5.1 of our terms and conditions you received when you joined or upgraded. Get more information on our terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my contract? Yes, you can cancel or change your contract with us any time. Call us on 789 from your Virgin Mobile.
How do I know if I'm set up for roaming abroad? To check if your phone is set up to work abroad, you'll need to call 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone and select option 4, or log in to Your Account. Check out our mobile guide to find out more about using your phone abroad.
How do I buy a Data Pass? When you try and use data when roaming in the EU you will be invited to buy a pass via text. To buy a pass, just text BUY plus the name of the pass you'd like to 23456. So, if you'd like a 30 day 10MB pass, text BUY 10MB to 23456. Our passes start straight away – just buy one when you're ready to use it.
The Legal Stuff
Regulated EU roaming charges apply to the 28 EU member countries and Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein. Free calls to Virgin Media Directory Enquiries on 118 180 are only available from Virgin Media home phone and Virgin Mobile. Fair use policy applies with a maximum of 10 calls per day. Onward connection restrictions apply.
